He was predeceased by: his sister Doris Benson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Castellano; his children, James Mack, Jr. (Joellen), John Paul Mack (Maria) and Maria Summa (Paul); and his grandchildren, Antonia Summa, Rocco Mack and Anthony Mack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
