James Higgins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Higgins (Dunmore, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 10, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Clare Foley; his children, Shannon Hopkins (Brad) of Clarks Summit, Jamie Higgins (Michelle) of Jessup, Dan Higgins of Dunmore and Tim Higgins (Cheryl) of Avoca; his grandchildren, Michael, Drew of Jessup, Timmy, Brennan, Colin and Bodie of Avoca; and his sisters, Sally Mastri (Tom) of Elmhurst and Mary Gilhooley (Jim) of Dunmore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
