James B. Contessa Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2020, at the age of 79, James B. Contessa (Dunmore, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Josephine Contessa (Contino); and his siblings, Charles Contessa, Thomas Contessa, Phyllis Marfisi, Mary Genardi, Genevieve Shillea and Grace DiRienzo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Contessa Fasula (Joe) and Sheila Contessa Hoepfner; his grandchildren, Gregory Williams (Kathryn), Joseph Fasula, Isabella Fasula, Charles Hoepfner, Grace Hoepfner, Anthony Hoepfner and Vincent Hoepfner; and his sister Anita Gammaitoni (Arnold). He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current restrictions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, a private funeral service will be celebrated in Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Cemetery, Dunmore.
