We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Gloria Jurkowitz (Dunmore, Pennsylvania), born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Monroe Jurkowitz; her grandsons, Jake Brotter, Cody Brotter, Los Angeles and Jesse; and her sister Mildred Ernest. She was also cherished by child psychology, she became the longtime director of the Mommy and Me Parenting Center at the Scranton Jewish Community Center, helping young parents and their kids.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Gloria's name may be made to the Lymphoma Research Foundation at 88 Pine St., Suite 2400, New York, NY 10005.
