He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine A. Verrastro of Dunmore; and his brother George (Alberta Burne). He is survived by: his grandson Captain Christian R. Burne (US Army); his great grandchild Rhys Francis Burne; his grandson Captain Connor R. Burne (US Army); and his nieces and nephews, Fran Calpin, Carol Verastro, Steven Verrastro, Gene Belardi, Carol Covel, Lori Holda, Kelli Kusisto and Terri Bennet.
