She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Straz; her parents, Angelo Valvano and Carmella Valvano (Caputo); her siblings, Guy, Angelo, Nick, Rocco, Anthony, Margaret and Marie; and her niece Lisa Pennell.

She is survived by: her nieces, Delores Pennell, Kim Aaron and Florence; her friend Gert Bolick; and also, Rocco, Richie, Jill, Maura, Maggie, Shannon, Jillian, Virginia and Florence.

In adherence to CDC guidelines, please wear face coverings and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, if anyone wishes they can send a donation to St. Joseph's Center, Scranton, PA.
