He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Simonetti and Maria Simonetti; his granddaughter Gina Simonetti; and his siblings, Florence, Vera, Dora, Josephine, Elizabeth, Yolanda, Marie, Rena, Nello, Peter and Paul.

He is survived by: his sons, Paul and Leo (Betty); and his grandsons, Leo Eugene Simonetti, Dr. Paul D. Simonetti (Kelly) and Justin Simonetti (Jen). He is also survived by five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
