Lewert Jr. (Docie); her daughter-in-law Rita Ann Lewert; her grandchildren, Tammy Hudacek (Mike), Sharon Pendolphi, Brian Lewert and Tommy Lewert; her great grandchildren, Cassie Lewert and Madyson Pendolphi; and also Melissa Sweem.
