He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic James Summa of Dunmore and Grace Summa of Dunmore; and his former wife Elizabeth Jane Summa of Old Forge. He is survived by: his wife Ann Summa; his sister Vita Malinak; his sons, Christopher (Stacey) of New Orleans, Jason of New Orleans and Brian (Delila Omerbašić) of New Orleans; and his grandchildren, Rocco Alexander Summa, Isabella Louise Summa and Remy Elliot Omerbašić Summa. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
