He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Antal; his children, Michael DeSanto (Lauren) of Pottstown, Dina Flickinger (Michael) of Morgantown and Eric Pramick (Mariah) of Plains; his grandchildren, Lucas Pramick, Aubrey DeSanto, Ella DeSanto, Jaxon Flickinger, Carter Flickinger and Gio Flickinger; and his brother Dr. Jerome DeSanto (Lynn) of Glenburn Twp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
