He is survived by: his mother Doris Tellie; and his siblings, Jeanne Bojarski (John), Caroline Tourtellotte (Jim), Virginia, John Klobusicky (Alana) and Joseph Klobusicky (Debra). He is also survived by aunts and uncles; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Chris' name can be sent to a charity that supports humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
