She is survived by: her son Mark Koslosky; her sister Mary Ann Kujawski; her sons, Paul and Robert; her sister Bernice Bullick; her daughter Cathy; her sister-in-law Shirley Bartczak (Walter); and her nieces, Rose and Elena. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
