She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuchwara and Rose Kelly Kuchwara; and her siblings, Alice, Rose, Michael and Bobby.
She is survived by: her siblings, Susan Aulisio, Jimmy and Sammy Kuchwara; her sons, Ralph, Kevin and Shawn; her daughters-in-law, Leeann Colo, Elisa Colo and Deirdre O'Neil; and her grandchildren, Gabriella, Carena, Emma, Aubrey, Morgan, Lila, Fiona, Anabel, Quentin, Patrick and Nolan. She is also survived by her family.
