We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 94, Adeline Scaramastra- Ray (Dunmore, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; her parents, Rocco Scaramastra and Catherine Schiappa Scaramastra; and her sisters, Vincenzina, Joanne Fasano, Mary Lambo, Connie Sacchetti and Ann Marie Yanover (Nicholas).
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Albright (Gary) and Barbara Pohutsky (Joseph); her grandchildren, Danielle Kuhn (Don) and Joseph Pohutsky; and her brother Rocco Scaramastra (Peggy) of Santa Barbara, CA.. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dedicated to living God's word, she was a volunteer at the former Holy Family Residence, American Heart Association, American Cancer society, Daffodil Days and Ronald McDonald House Benefit.
