He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Koshinskie and Veronica Koshinskie (Dressick); and his sister Jessie Ryan. He is survived by: his children, Craig and Melissa Koshinsky; and his siblings, Frances Humphreys, Robert Koshinskie and Jean Blank. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
