She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Julia Petelicki (Korta); and her children, Cindy Zimmerman, Erik Slavik, JoAnn Wilson and Michael Slavik.
She is survived by: her daughter Aileen'Kiki'; her son-in-law Michael Kremer of Gulfport, FL; her son Tom Slavik of Monongahela; and her brothers, Bernard Petelicki (France) of Paris and Gerard Petelicki (France) of Dijon. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
