He is survived by: his brother Charles Mihealsick; his children, Patrick Mihealsick (Bonnie), Paul Mihealsick, Leonard Mihealsick (Alyson), Kathleen Cherup (Frank) and Cheryl Neff (Steve); his grandchildren, Briana Arrowood (Jeff), Michael Mihealsick (Jenn Tatti), Sarah Mihealsick, Dr. Ryan Mihealsick, Erin Mihealsick (Zachary Bernstein), Kevin Mihealsick, Oliver Mihealsick (Kristen), Christy Allyn (Mat), Alexis Cherup (Cody Kuhel), Frank Cherup, Zachary Cherup (Lauren McQueen) and Nicholas Cherup; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Arrowood, Mary-Grace Arrowood, Margret Arrowood and Eloise Arrowood.
