He is survived by: his children, Sue Gonsman (Richard), Christine Garman (Micheal), Roger E. Jr. (Pamela), Louis (Elizabeth) and Edward; and his siblings, Betty, Dorothy, Sally, Judy and Thomas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
