He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Weaver and Irma Weaver (Plubell); his spouse Vecelia P. "Toddy" Ott; his daughter Kimberly Weaver; his son-in-law Dan Riley; and his siblings, Merril, Melvin Weaver and Ruth Mock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela L. Riley of East Freedom, Holly A. Weitzel (Mike) of Duncansville and Christy L. Weaver-Smith (Stephen) of East Freedom; his grandchildren, Heather, Hope, Wayne, Mandy, Curt, Justin, Scott and Eian; his son-in-law Randy Joyner; his siblings, Earl, Charles, George Weaver and Emma Miller; and his friends, Linda Wise, Tim, Peggy Edmundson and Liz Martin.
