He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Dively; his sister Katie Kouchis; his son-in-law Joel Kormanski; and his brother-in-law Larry Scott. He is survived by: his father Richard L. Dively; his significant other Jackie; his children, Pam (Russ), Alan (Ronda) and Jackie (Tim); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Lindsay, Brooke, Zachary, Abbey and Julia; and his siblings, Dixie, Diane, Judy, Lilly, Tim and Mike. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
