He is survived by: his parents, Bradley Hazenstab (Jacqueline Haga) of Duncansville and Brenda Harley of Duncansville; his grandmothers, Bonnie Harley and Sondra Hazenstab; his sister Brooke Hazenstab (Ellis LaPiana); his stepsister Abby Haga; his uncles, Eric Harley and Tim Hazenstab; and his pet KitKat. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
