He is survived by: his spouse Shelly Hazenstab; his daughters, Samantha Jarrett (Devin) of Hollidaysburg and Alicia Gibson (Steven) of Hollidaysburg; his siblings, Susan Rhodes, Cathy Butler, Anne Conrad, Joyce Spidle, Diane Yoder, Carolyn Morris and Bruce; and his grandchildren, Theodore and Rowan.
