She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Metzger and Mary Metzger (Glasgow); and her husband George D. Hower. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn J. Grenci (Lee) of State College, Janis M. Harding (Richard) of Altoona and Richard D. Hower (Sue) of Smithfield, VA; her grandchildren, David, Robert, Courtney and Ty; and her great grandchildren, Reese, RJ, Carter, Ryland, Jacob, Anna and Madeline.
