He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mincin and Angelica Mincin (DelBianco); his brother Sav Mincin; and his granddaughter Mikayla. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hammel; his children, Frank Mincin (Pam), Michael Mincin (Tammy) and Dawn Focht (Jamie); his sister Marina Ross (Jack); his sister-in-law Linda Mincin; his close friend Jack Weidley; his cousin Eugene Crist (Darlene); and his grandchildren, Heather, Matt, Brent, Emily, Alex, Noah and Tyler.
