Arford; his children, Michele Steinbugl (Ed Conklin) of PA Furnace, Jennifer Miller (Jeff) of Altoona and Spence Steinbugl (Jody) of Sproul; his grandchildren, D. Skyler Steinbugl, Kyrah, Jeffrey Miller, Seth and Sara Conklin; his great grandchildren, Willow, Kayson and Everly Steinbugl; and his siblings, Robert Steinbugl (Connie) of Duncansville and Patricia Kunrod (Bob) of Portage. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great nephews.
