He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Jr. Foor and Dollie Jean Foor (Stone). He is survived by: his son Dylan (Heather) of Hollidaysburg; his grandson Carson; and his sisters, Terri Harris (Robert) and Joni Hutchison (Lynwood). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sorge Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (422 N Juniata St, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
