He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter Way Sr. and Kathryn R. Forney; his son Calvin L. Leach; and his great grandchild Andre W. DaShiell. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa B. Freeland of Shermans Dale and Mi Lea M. Way of Shermans Dale; his brother David Way (Chari) of Mt. Holly Springs; his grandchildren, Ashley L. Way (Josey Fought), Nicole B. DaShiell (Justin), Earl E. Freeland III (Megan Boyer), Carly J. Nesbit, Courtney A. Antel (Rik), Philip S. Weaver (Rebekah), Cesar Michael Fourlong (Nickie VasSua), Aranza C. Fourlong, Sayde M. Fourlong, Jason L. Leach (Samantha), David L. Leach (Jessica) and William J. Leach; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Emma, Mason, Aspen, Sean, Kathryn, Cobi, Brenden, Lillian, Calvin, Gracie, Judah, Brian, Gabriel, Serenity and Donta.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to be made to Shermans Dale United Methodist Church.
