With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth E. Bixler (Duncannon, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 10, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bixler and Ruth Bixler (Steele); her siblings, Luther B. Bixler, E. Leona Hennessy, V. Bethea Bixler, Anna R. Pennington and Burnadetta I. Bixler; her nephew Scott Bixler; and her close friend Anne T. Stinson.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sheila Miller of Camp Hill, Jill Pennington of Muncy, Wendy Johnson of Whippany, NJ, Tom Bixler of Millerstown, Brian Bixler of New Bloomfield, Rod Pennington of Benton and Mark Hennessy of Dillsburg.
