He was predeceased by: his wife Dottie Westbrook Stepp; his parents, Samuel O. Stepp and Margaret Fleming Stepp; and his siblings, Enid Nehrig, Samuel, Ken and Thomas Stepp.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Stepp Yount (Wayne) and Doug Stepp (Jo); his stepchildren, Art Barnett, Diane Crawford, Barbara Gerhardt, Rob Barnett, Linda Heckelman and Susan Baker; his brother John Stepp; his nieces, Darlene Ray and Linda Hepfer; and his nephew Thomas Stepp of Duncannon. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and several other nieces and nephews.
