He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Peiffer, Sr. and Joanne Peiffer (Peck). He is survived by: his wife Aggie (Urbasik); his children, Terry J. Willoughby II (Meagan) of Kutztown, George J. Willoughby of Newport and Aggie C. Turner (James) of York; his grandson Oliver Henry; and his siblings, Lee Ann Huebner (Dean) of Mechanicsburg, Kimberly Shumaker (Louis) of Harrisburg, Timothy C. Peiffer of Hamden, CT and Neil Viering (Tonya) of Etters.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions being made to the Benevolence Committee of Cornerstone Christian Church, 595 New Bloomfield Road, Duncannon, PA 17020.
