He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Kirkpatrick and Elsie M. Kirkpatrick (Moore); his wife Gloria M. Shetrom Kirkpatrick (Sheets); his sons, Dennis Kirkpatrick and Jeffrey Kirkpatrick; and his siblings, Kenneth Kirkpatrick, Shirley Mitchell, Evelyn Cleland and Thelma King.
He is survived by: his friend Marie Smiley of Shermans Dale; his children, Cynthia Houseman of Shermans Dale, David Kirkpatrick (Tammy) of Shermans Dale, Raymond Kirkpatrick, Jr. (Laurie) of Shermans Dale and Sherry Sheffer (Peter) of New Bloomfield; his stepson Gary Shetrom (Robinn) of Newport; his siblings, Grace Zeigler (Newell) of Carlisle, Glenn Kirkpatrick (Mary) of Carlisle, Donald Kirkpatrick (Dee) of Newport and Gladys Evans (Mark) of Falls Creek; his granddaughters, Michelle Draucker (Scott), Melissa Bronstetter (Aaron), Brooke Haas (Dustin) and Randi Kirkpatrick; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Shetrom, Amanda Shetrom and Scott Strawser; and his great grandchild Ariana.
