Stambaugh of Duncannon, Pennsylvania, born in New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Phil leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Phil may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar C. Stambaugh and R. Joyce Stambaugh (Malone); and his brothers, Kenneth Stambaugh, Willard Stambaugh (Bill) and Blaine Stambaugh.
He is survived by: his caregivers, David Reed and Joanne Sanderson; and his sisters, Annette Sheibley of Landisburg, Beth Maxine Royer (Dennis) of Carlisle and Ilene Pontius (Andy) of Loysville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a memorial in Phil's name be made to the Duncannon VFW Post 255, P.O. Box 205, Duncannon, PA 17020.
