She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel A. Hinds, Sr. and Ruth Hinds Leeper (Miller); and her brothers, Samuel Hinds, Jr. and Robert Hinds. She is survived by: her husband John W. Watson; her children, Daniel E. Watson (Kahlilah) of Stanton, Virginia, William A. Watson (Tina) of Halifax and Jennifer L. Watson (Brian Baley) of Oak Harbor, Washington; her sisters, Ruth Binkley, Barbara Lex, Karen Waddell, Linda Zimmerman and Patricia Vargas; and her grandchildren, Christopher Swartz, Ryan Emore and Arianna Watson. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
