He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Liddick and Lillian Liddick; his daughter Norma Liddick; and his siblings, Shirley Bonsall, Patricia Lorenz, Janet Kennedy, Ernest, Donald and Roger Liddick.
He is survived by: his son Max L. Liddick II; his daughter-in-law Kathy of Middletown, PA; his grandson Mark Liddick; his daughters, Susan Liddick of Hershey, PA. and Lisa Liddick of Hershey, PA.; his brothers, Wilmer Liddick of Mechanicsburg, PA and Robert; and his sister-in-law Cindy Liddick of Marysville, PA..
