He is survived by: his father Daniel J. Durf Sr. of Shermans Dale; his wife Tracy L. Earnest Durf; his children, Alexis C., Dakota M. and Harley D. Durf; his mother Linda M. Wanner Lescallett Carlisle (Ronnie); and his brother Daniel J. Durf Jr. (Jessica).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory in Kevin's name to help his family with funeral and medical expenses.
