He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl and Nanzetta Curtis; his wife Rose Lee Curtis; and his siblings, Marilyn, Jerry and Bill Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Mary Hartley, Charles H. Anderson III (Laurene), John R. Curtis Jr. (Lisa) and Kenneth A. Curtis (Crystal); his grandchildren, Niccole Ortz, James Curtis, Dr. Alexis Anderson, Kristen Curtis, Cameron Curtis, Amanda Krautheim, Jessica Sornchai, Luke Stepp and Angela Lindgren; and his siblings, Lynn West (Randy), James and Joe Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
