He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Miller and Verna M. Miller (Kolva); and his brother A. Eugene Miller. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Miller (Baker); his children, Lori Keene (Kenneth) of Landisburg, Teresa McFadden (Raymond) of Dillsburg, David Miller (Cynthia) of Carlisle and Scott Miller (Rebecca) of Enoch; and his sister-in-law Marlene of Halifax. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
