He is survived by: his mother Pethea Cleaver (Richardson); his wife Maureen Cleaver (Ream); his son Joseph Wade; his stepchildren, Ryan Lock of Duncannon and Jenna Lock Price of Pottsville; and his siblings, Sheila Cleaver of Loysville, Russell Cleaver of Newport and Dana Cleaver of Morristown Tennessee.
