She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy M. Derr (Wagner). She is survived by: her husband Ronald T. Gutshall, Sr.; her children, Edward W. Mack, Jr. of Enola and Heather N. Munson (Andrew) of Harrisburg; her stepson Ronald T. Gutshall, Jr. of Mechanicsburg; her sister Donita Shipley of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Larisa, Gabrielle and Gavin; and her father Donald D. Derr.

Memorial contributions in Deb's honor may be made to the Penn State Children's Hospital, 600 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.
