She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Frank Burd and Bertha Burd (Smith); and her son-in-law Ernest Black. She is survived by: her husband Charles Gamber; her daughters, Susan Hostetter (John) of Duncannon and Patty Black of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Tricia Hostetter, Ryan Hostetter (Laura), Shaun Black (Lizzy) and Jason Black; and her great grandchildren, Braden, Bryce Hostetter, Greyson and Ayla Black.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church.
