It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Eugene Rumbaugh of Duncannon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles F. Rumbaugh and Grace Rumbaugh (Summy); and his siblings, Anna Summy, Mary Bardell and Ernest Rumbaugh.
He is survived by : his wife Terry Riggs; his children, Sarah Tiekamp of Mechanicsburg, Joy Rumbaugh of Etters, Gina Rumbaugh of Duncannon, Nina Rumbaugh of Pittston and Daniel Rumbaugh of Camp Pendleton, CA; his grandchildren, Julianne Tiekamp and Alexander Schell; and his sister Faye Rumbaugh of Mechanisburg.
