She was predeceased by: her grandfather David Adams. She is survived by: her parents, Kyle James Higley and Misti Leigh Higley (Adams); her siblings, Braiden Higley, Bentley Higley, Grayson Higley and Kyleigh Higley; her grandparents, Darryl and Cathy Higley; her stepgrandmother Martha Lee; her grandfather Ed Lowe; and her aunt Natasha Miskimen. She is also survived by several cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, condolences may be made in Breanna's memory to Children's Miracle Network - Hershey, 1249 Cocoa Ave, Suite 115, Hershey, PA, 17033, as they have helped Breanna numerous times in her life.
