He is survived by: his wife Dawn Cunningham (Druhot); his daughter Samantha VanSickle (Michael); his grandchildren, Ashlee Druhot, Gregory VanSickle (Trisha), Harley Russell, Barbie Russell (Elliot), Meaghan VanSickle and Ally VanSickle; his former wives, Victoria Cunningham Latham and Anita Cunningham; and his siblings, Susie Brinegar (Tom) and Jimmy Cunningham.
