He is survived by: his daughter Emily Taylor (James) of Dunbar; his grandchildren, Kaden, Bailey and Wyatt; his sister Sandra Frazee (Kevin) of Connellsville; his nephew Kevin Frazee, Jr.; and his niece Britni Frazee.
