He is survived by: his son Ronald E. Cebulak, Jr. (Monica) of Morganwtown, WV; his grandson Chad Cebulak (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Makilee and Chauncy; his son-in-law James Gaspie of Florida; and his siblings, Elizabeth Baker of Waltersburg and Charles Cebulak (Ruby) of Dunbar.
