He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Shipley and Erma Wilson Manella; his children, John E Delbarre of Frost, Cherri Holtz of Rifle, Ronald Delbarre, Jr. of Uniontown and Thomas Delbarre of Mankato, MN.; his siblings, Patty Ewing of Denbo, Marty Manella of Cleveland and Kathy Fulmer of Arizona; and his daughter Vicki Avery. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
