He is survived by: his parent Shirley Haines (Hoover); his children, Christina Haines and Nick Jacobs; his grandchildren, Natalie, Ethan and Kaiden; and his siblings, Rick Haines (Melissa), Kimberly, Cissy, Finchum (John), MaryLou Capan (Mark) and Jeff Haines. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
