She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Flair and Elizabeth E. Ottenberg Flair; and her brother George Flair. She is survived by: her son Mark Allen Flair of Monarch; her sister Dorothy John (Edwin) of Morgantown, WV; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Flair of Beaver.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Albright United Methodist Church in memory of Mildred E. Flair.
