He is survived by: his wife Carma Peters Locke; his children, Lauren Hurley (James) of Connellsville, PA, Kenneth Locke (Sherry) of Dundee, MI and Robert Locke (Laura) of Connellsville, PA; his grandchildren, Clay Hurley, Trenton Hurley, Shannon Hurley, Elizabeth Locke Wisniewski (Steve), Jared Locke (Allison), Ryan Locke and Elena Renze; his great grandchildren, Quinn Wisniewski and Mara Wisniewski; and his sisters, Margaret Yagodzinski of Pittsburgh, PA and Evelyn Chulick of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, good friends.
