He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Yozie and Audrey G. Yozie (Whipkey). He is survived by: his wife Jody Yozie; his stepchildren, Melanie Hartzog (Eric) and Justin Ferlich; his grandchildren, Annabelle Hartzog and Dale Ferlich; and his cousin DeWaine Watson.
